PUBLIC TRANSPORT:

There is no public transporter available direct to the event site.
An Garda Siochana and the promoters encourage all attendees to use the official bus services listed above.

PRIVATE BUSES:
Private buses will be allowed drop on site and there will be a designated area for them to park site. Please follow the signage and obey stewards’ directions. Note – Please do not bring alcohol to site on the buses. There will be searches at the event site gates and alcohol will be confiscated.

ARRIVING BY CAR & PARKING:
There is no parking on site for private vehicles. We would advise all people attending in private cars to park in Navan and get the FREE PARK & RIDE bus service from Old County Council Building, Railway Street, Navan.

DISABLED PARKING: 

There will be some disabled parking spaces available near the front gates. These will be available on a first come first serve basis.

ROAD CLOSURES - VEHICULAR TRAFFIC:
There will be no road closures in place for this event, but please expect delays around the Racecourse at peak times.

NEIGHBOURS NEAR NAVAN RACECOURSE:
There are a number of residents that live close to Navan racecourse. We would ask that all attendees behave respectfully and keep noise down to a minimum level.

AFTER THE EVENT:
Buses to Navan – There will be a FREE BUS service going back to Navan town centre after the event. We will be insisting in the interest of public safety that all pedestrians use this service. It will operate until the event site is empty. We will not be allowing pedestrians to walk the R12 into Navan town.
